跨文化管理﹝Cross-cultural management ﹞這是開在學校MBA下的課程，由Prof. Miriam Erez授課，她同時也是Associate Dean and Head of MBA Programs。

先看看它的授課大綱是這麼說的：

Globalization is becoming a key factor in the competitive advantage of companies today. Therefore, understanding culture, cross cultural differences and similarities, as well as the characteristics of the global work context, are necessary for becoming successful leaders in global organizations.

簡單來說，在全球化的時代下，跨國企業或組織的領導者必須跨文化適應力。當然，這也是這門課程吸引我的原因之一。我主動前去與Prof. Miriam Erez討論我是可修這堂，畢竟這是在MBA Programs中第二年的課程，需要得到教授的許可，才可以註冊這門課程。

和教授簡單說明我的來歷後，我說:"Can I take your course-Cross-cultural management?" 教授說:"Why not! Umm...you took organization behavior,right?"

她詢問我你有甚麼相關背景知識，是否修過組織行為？我有點心虛的回答說沒有，但是，以前在台灣有修過相關的課程：人力資源和領導學。於是，教授說:"Ok!that's good background"教授便欣然同意了!
